We own our own servers which are located in a Secure Data Centre. The DC is manned 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. There is a state of the art security system in place. Only authorised people are allowed into the server rack room. We also have two hard drives in all our servers. The second hard drive is used exclusively for backup purposes. Every evening when the server load tends to be lower the system will automatically backup every site to the second hard drive. Whilst we can never guarantee no data loss it is comforting to know that it is unlikely that both hard drives will fail at the same time. This means your data is safe with web-zombie.net.
